Wonderly Lights is a premium outdoor lighting company specializing in landscape lighting, permanent lighting, and holiday lighting installations. We’re growing and looking for a dependable Field Lead who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems in the field, and leading small crews to deliver high-quality installations.

What You’ll Do
As our Field Lead, you’ll lead installation crews (typically 2–3 team members) and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a crew of 2–3 installers on landscape and holiday lighting installations
- Execute installation plans based on project scope and lighting design
- Ensure crews arrive prepared with materials and equipment
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make smart decisions in the field
- Coordinate with the office manager to confirm job scope and readiness
- Adapt quickly when plans change due to weather or crew availability
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
- Deliver a strong customer experience at each installation
- Support training and guidance for newer installers
Candidates must be comfortable working on ladders and rooftops during seasonal holiday lighting installations.
Leadership Responsibilities
This role serves as the field leader for small installation crews and is responsible for:
- Leading a team of 2–3 installers on job sites

- Supporting newer installers and helping them learn installation standards
- Communicating with the office team about job readiness and progress

What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience installing landscape lighting, holiday lighting, or low-voltage systems
- Ability to lead small crews and keep projects moving efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic electrical knowledge (transformers, wiring, connections)
- Comfort working on ladders and rooftops
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Preferred (not required):
- Low-voltage certification or electrical background
- Experience with permanent RGB lighting systems
- Landscape, irrigation, roofing, or exterior construction experience
