Wonderly Lights is an exciting brand that brings the holiday spirit to customers by providing an all-inclusive professional Christmas light installation experience. As a professional lighting company we plan, install, maintain, and store materials at the conclusion of each season. We make the season bright!
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound and place outbound phone calls to answer prospect and client inquiries and to close sales
- Thoroughly and accurately convey to assessment and design teams client desires.
- Prepare quotes and close sales
- Promote and maintain outstanding client relations
- Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting client issues professionally
- Participate in team meetings and other learning and education
- Willingness to promote Wonderly Lights
- Thoroughly explains to the client the expectations for service and procedures
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills capable of exceeding high standards for clients
- Excellent communication, especially telephone, skills
- Friendly and Professional
- Positive attitude
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Motivated and flexible, willing to take initiative
- Self-confident
- Telephone sales experience
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Comfortable using a computer
